Nicaragua & Colombia 2024

Franziska was teaching a 5 Day Yoga Retreat at Yemaya Reefs Hotel on Little Corn Island, Nicaragua. Starting with a Hatha Yoga Class in the morning and finishing with a guided Meditation, Yoga Nidra.

After Nicaragua Franziska travelled to Colombia, continued the Teaching at a wonderful Beach Hotel near Santa Marta, next to the Tayrona National Park. March and April she held 2 Yoga Classes a day for over 200 people from all around the world.

This summer 2025 Day Retreats will be held in Austria, at a wonderful place in the Mountains, called Gröndahlhaus, located in Styria. More Information about the retreats you will find on the main page.
